FAQ
You may need to perform a soft-reset if you are installing batteries for the
first time. Use the stylus tip to press the reset button inside the hole on the
back panel of the unit.
Please keep a dated copy of the retail receipt or packing slip that was included
with the purchase of your HandEra product. This proof of purchase is required
to obtain warranty service authorization.
