Note:
There is a $25 charge on calls for out of warranty units that do not result in a repair RMA number being generated.

¹After 90 days, there will be a technical telephone support charge of $25 per incident. This charge is waived if the call results in an RMA being issued.

²After 30 days, there will be a technical telephone support charge of $25 per incident. This charge is waived if the call results in an RMA being issued.

³There are user caused problems that are not covered by warranty. Examples of these are but are not limited to cracked screens, screen spots, battery corrosion, and user abuse or modification. These carry a $100 charge.

* In effect beginning November 1, 2001.

Technical support for the HandEra 330 and the TRG Pro will end on May 31, 2003.

After this date, tech support will only be available for customers who have units with warranty remaining. For these customers, tech support will be available through the end of the unit warranty period.
